Used Items

Many of the items we sell are pre-owned or used goods. All of these goods are clearly labelled as ‘Used’ on the product information page.

We inspect all of these items before advertising them for sale on our website to ensure they are of sufficient quality for resale. All images displayed on the product information page are of the item in question.

If you have any further questions about an item you can request further information by emailing enquiries@metrosounduk.com. We are happy to provide additional or higher quality images of any used products.

We are also happy for you to visit our premises in order to view an item before you buy. Please email enquiries@metrosounduk.com requesting a viewing before purchasing the item on our website.

We can not offer a guarantee with used items.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before Metrosound UK will dispatch any goods.

Metrosound UK deliver to the UK and internationally.

UK Delivery Charges

Delivery charges within the UK apply on many items and these are specified clearly on the product pages.

Free delivery is available on many small or lightweight items.

International Delivery Charges

If you wish to place an order and live abroad please contact us before placing your order, and we will provide you with a delivery quote.

Small or lightweight orders to the UK are sent by Royal Mail. Large value or heavy orders are sent by courier service which will require a signature.

If you are likely to be out at work when the parcel is due you can give an alternative delivery address, as you go through the checkout process.

Should there be any problems with your order we will notify you by e-mail or telephone immediately. Stock is listed "as live" on our website and we keep this as accurate as possible, however errors may rarely occur.

Account & Orders

If you need to update your account details, view your orders and their status simply log in to your account at any time.

Privacy Policy

Metrosound UK do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return goods to us within 7 days of receipt and request a full refund. 

If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to return it, please email us quoting your order reference no, the date the order was placed, your name and postcode.

The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods. We would strongly recommend using special delivery, recorded or registered post when returning any goods, for your own protection.

Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us quoting your order reference no, the date the order was placed, your name and postcode.

General

Metrosound UK's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the prices of the goods supplied by Metrosound UK to the customer. We shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. We cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use or failure to comply with specific instructions stated in our website. Customer statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
